CHURCHES ARE INVITED . . .

Join Waccamaw Woman’s Missionary Union (WMU) in fulfilling its purpose: to inspire, challenge, and educate boys and girls, men and women.

OBJECTIVES:

to know God more, to show His love unconditionally, and to make disciples who make disciples as we provide opportunities to explore this new emphasis.

BAPTIST NURSING FELLOWSHIP

BNF® provides a way for nurses and other health-care professionals to use their gifts to serve others through a variety of ministry opportunities. Waccamaw BNF is three years of age and welcomes new members. Express your interest by email: debakerman@aol.com.

We know WMU groups within Waccamaw Association are actively on mission for God.  Share what you are doing and how God has been working through your groups and individuals!  Send pictures and summary to pjjones@sccoast.net and diane@wbasc.org.

Encourage age‐level leaders to pray how they can carry out God’s plan for missions within their groups.   Enrich experiences of groups through “the necessity of invention” . . . think of ways to make new the old ways of doing regular meetings, special projects, or Bible studies. Consider participating in events (details being fine-tuned) listed below.

Amid the uncertainty and turmoil since March 2020, there is greater-than-common need to inspire, challenge, and educate! Therefore, upcoming events will provide opportunity to be relentless.

We plan to “gather” not in body but in spirit at flag poles of Horry County schools and on college campuses within the county, around the state, our nation, and beyond.  Why?  To seek God in prayer.  Once plans are finalized, we will share specific details.  Thank you for participating; please pray in the meantime that God be glorified and for an outpouring of the power of prayer.

A CHALLENGE TO ONE & ALL:

ENGAGE A STUDENT (OR NON-STUDENT) COASTAL CAROLINA UNIVERSITY CAMPUS OR ELSEWHERE.

ask God to guide you to step into the world around you;

pray for Him to lead you to cultivate relationships;

seek ways to provide opportunities to demonstrate the love of Christ.

Wait and See what magnificent things will be accomplished by Him through you!
